\\ a fond recollection.
rip big guy...
today is easter. umm. i don't know what to say or remember about easter
other than a chocolate stained tie and driving with hormonal teenagers.
is this really what it's about? i don't have a sense of nostalgia or even a
fond recollection of this hallowed day. hm.
well, today a rehearsal went well. and we black ties are getting ready for a slew
of shows coming up. i also was at a wonderful, music-filled birthday party.
singing with friends and family is so rewarding. there's something i wish i could
say about easter.
i am listening to wilco and that's all that matters.
aidan.
4 play dates:
Which Wilco album?
ghost is born, yhf, and the EP.
but also (today) summerteeth.
i saw that you just picked up YHF. i hope it is every bit as good for you as it was for me when i first heard it.
it's possibly the most important record of my generation.
I like it greatly, although I think I like Ghost Is Born better.
Just for the soul purpose Ghost Is Born is very different from anything else. YHF has kind of a structure to it, and Ghost Is Born doesnt, and I appreciate things like that more.
