i've been writing, busily and buried inside a house.
my house: where i've written 87% of all my music, give or take.
these songs i've been writing are very aidan-typical. very me. down to a formula.
but they are also entirely different from what i've heard of myself before.
the fingers are gaining momentum again. the voice is starting to warm and soften.
these biological things are occuring in my home, which is typical.
so, to keep you updated: i have three new songs that
i am starting to feel good about. three new forms.
i feel like a have a muse, or an (un)seeable force.
and again, this is aidan-specific/typical.
i feel like this house is about to fall.
i feel like i've been writing some songs for you to hear.

actually before any bands were around (bts or ch) i was a solo performer. and have been wanting to keep up that side of my music.
acoustic is a fun thing indeed.
You should record some :)
"Stars In Your Eyes" and "Surrender On Demand" are on my computer, and in constant rotation.
i finished (finally) producing a track called "amen among" (or amen for those so inclined). i have no place to really host it, but maybe i'll throw it up on a soundclick type place. also, i've been writing electronic music, really heavy curtis mayfield meets saint germain-style.
it's good. it's cheating. it's mine.
